SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed before 11AM PST Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. All orders placed after 11AM PST will not be processed until the following business day.
Shipping & Handling
Free USPS Priority Mail shipping valid on all orders. Expedited shipping via Fed Ex can be purchased for an additional charge. We are unable to ship internationally at this time. Shipping Days are excluding processing time.

- Fed Ex 2nd Day: 2 Business Days ($20.00)
- Fed Ex Overnight: Next Business Day ($40.00)
At this time, we do not offer Saturday delivery.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories are only available for ground shipping and may exceed normal shipping times.
All orders to APO/AE addresses are shipped via USPS. Delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 days due to military handling time.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. We are unable to waive this even if the order is returned back to us.
Once your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. To track your order, Login to your account on belacqua-usa.com and refer to your recent orders.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and for this reason, we cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes to your order once it is submitted. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at 1-866-PEARL01. We will do our best to accommodate any requests.
All orders are backed by our 30-Day Return Policy. Orders are not eligible for a return or replacement after 30 Days of receipt of merchandise. Items that have been resized, have excessive wear, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange. All product packaging (boxes, manuals, gift bags, etc.) must be returned with the item.
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact Customer Service via email at email@example.com or by phone at 1-866-PEARL01 between 9:30am-6:00pm PST Monday-Friday to obtain a Return Authorization.
Include the following information in your email:
- Order Number
- Item Number
- The reason you wish to return the item
You will be contacted with an Authorization Number to include in the shipment. Any merchandise without a Return Authorization will be rejected if sent in.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Prepaid return labels are provided in the event that your order arrived damaged, improperly sized, or containing the wrong merchandise.
When shipping returns, please be sure to keep the tracking number that is provided for your return shipment. We recommend that you insure your package for the full value of the contents. Belacqua is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or uninsured packages in the return process.
Please allow up to 10 business days (M-F, excluding holidays) for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Once your return is processed, your account will be refunded.
